Job Responsibilities
1. Provide creativity in the creation of this fantastic new school, assist with the operation and teaching management
2. Teaching Management: Curriculum development, syllabus design, teaching plan, Ensuring lesson plans met the correct cri teria from the teachers
3. Teacher Management: Interviewing potential new teachers, training and mentoring the whole process.
4. Building and leading a motivated and passionate workforce, in addition to providing management of foreign teachers
5. Student Management: Assist with Student recruitment and class Observation
6. Administrative Management: Attending stakeholder meetings; Daily affairs management, development and implementation of a code of conduct within the school policy creation;
7. Ensuring smooth day-to-day school operations
8. Ambassador of the school
9. Might also provide assistance in AP, ESL, or A level teaching methodologies.
Job Requirements
* Native English Speaker
* Min 5 years teaching experience
* MA in Education or relevant
* Qualified for a work permit and Z visa sponsorship. Read more
* AP or A level or IB teaching EXP is preferred
